Returns & Refunds
Your UK Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
How to Return an Item

- Include your order number and reason for return (optional but helpful)
- We'll provide you with return instructions and our returns address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging where possible
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your return
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or show signs of use.
Return Shipping Costs
Under UK consumer law, you are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:
- The item is faulty or damaged
- We sent you the wrong item
- The item doesn't match its description
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Your refund will include:
- The full price of the item(s)
- Original standard delivery charge (if you return your entire order)
Please note: Express delivery charges and return postage costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. We'll send out your replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to:
- Within 30 days: A full refund or replacement
- Within 6 months: A repair, replacement, or refund
- Up to 6 years: A repair or replacement if the fault was present at purchase
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or fault, and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order at any time before it's dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, you can still return it under our 14-day returns policy.

This returns policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
